Firefly String Quartet
The Firefly String Quartet brings together four talented musicians from the Northwest Indiana region to create captivating and memorable performances. Anna Anderson, on viola, is a seasoned musician with a passion for the string quartet ensemble, having toured globally with orchestras and studied under esteemed instructors. Bethany Borgo, a violinist, brings over two decades of experience, including teaching and performing in various orchestras and quartets across the region. Kristen Hughes, also on violin, is a versatile musician with a rich background in music education and performance, having traveled extensively with ensembles and freelanced in the Chicagoland area. Aaron Zemelko, on cello, adds depth and expertise to the quartet with his extensive performance experience, ranging from off-Broadway productions to teaching at Crown Point High School.
